The Silk Hope neighborhood will be comprised of only 53 homes, and space is at a premium. Pre-construction pricing is available for a limited number of homes beginning July 15th, and there are several pre-approved home designs ready for immediate construction on choice lots.

Wertimer + Cline’s practice is dynamic and diverse. We’re a small firm actively working on projects in both the private and public realms from the Southeast to New England. Private residential landscapes constitute the majority of our work, and range in size and scope from smaller urban gardens to larger country homes. We also count many public projects- commercial and institutional landscapes, neighborhood site plans, parks, and streetscapes- among our completed works. We’ve designed and implemented hundreds of landscapes over three decades. These years of experience inform our design decisions- finding the balance between form and function, resulting in successful landscape spaces.
